Service: Applied AI

AI for your business, only where a test shows it pays off

Some of the work at your company is reading, understanding and copying: documents, messages, PDFs. AI can help, but not always. We test on your data, show you how often it gets it right and what each use costs, and only then build. When a simple rule does the job, the rule stays.

If this sounds familiar

  • Your team reads documents and copies them field by field.
  • Messages arrive with no category and no priority, and someone sorts them one by one.
  • Important information is buried in loose text, PDFs or government sites.
  • You've heard AI can fix it, but not whether it fixes your case or what it costs.

What we build

  • Document reading

The system reads field by field and shows where each value came from and how sure it is. When it isn't sure, a person reviews it.

  • Triage and classification

Messages and requests sorted and prioritized. A rule where a rule is enough, an AI model where it isn't.

  • Structured data

Information from public sources turned into organized data, with the source cited and checked.

  • Human approval

The system prepares, a person approves. Nothing goes out without the person responsible signing off.

  • Measured cost

Cost per use is measured in the test and tracked once the system is live.

Your data stays yours. We only touch what the work needs, under a written agreement on how it's handled and where it's hosted.

How it works

  1. Diagnostic

A one-to-two-week study at a fixed price that sets the scope and the price of each stage. You get the process mapped, the scope in writing and what's left out. The document is yours even if you stop there.

  2. Stages

We build one piece of the system at a time, in stages of one to two weeks. Each stage ends with a demo and a test link you can open any day.

  3. Approval

Before each stage starts, we agree in writing on what it has to deliver. You pay only after you've seen it working and approved it. A small first payment gets the work started.

  4. Everything in your name

The code, the cloud and the domain are in your company's name from day one. At the end of any stage you can stop and take everything with you, documented.

Before we build, we test on a sample of your data: how often it gets it right, what each use costs and where it fails. If the test shows no gain, we tell you and stop there.

What it costs

Cost depends on the size of the problem. We talk numbers in the first call, with no commitment.

The diagnostic pins down the scope and the price of each stage, so you know what you'll pay before the build starts.

Once the system is live, bug fixes are on us for 60 days. After that, monthly support is optional.

What changes the size of the project

  • how varied the documents or messages are
  • the accuracy required and how much human review it needs
  • volume, which sets the cost per use
  • private hosting or a specific data region
  • integration with the systems you already use

Projects that are already live

We describe each one by the kind of business. Client names stay confidential.

  1. 01

    Document reading

    Lending
    Problem
Every credit decision depended on someone reading the documents by hand.
    Solution
The system reads each financial document field by field and shows the confidence and origin of every value.
  2. 02

    Email triage

    Support
    Problem
Support emails came in with no category and no priority.
    Solution
Every email arrives with a category, a priority and a summary. Rules handle what they can, and a stronger model steps in only when needed.
  3. 03

    Data from official sources

    Regulatory
    Problem
The regulatory information that mattered was spread across government sources.
    Solution
The data comes out structured with its source cited, a second model checks it, and the team can ask questions of it.
