DM Studio builds custom software, integrations and data systems from Rio de Janeiro. Rio is one to two hours ahead of New York, contracts are in English, and invoices go out in US dollars.

For when your team types the same thing into two systems. Your ERP, CRM, online store, payments, spreadsheets and WhatsApp sharing data on their own.
Data and dashboards
For when each team has a different number for the same thing. Your data in one place and a dashboard you can trust.
Applied AI
For when your team reads documents and copies them field by field. AI that reads, sorts and extracts data, only where a test on your data shows a gain.
Time zones
Rio de Janeiro doesn't change its clocks. It's one hour ahead of New York while the US is on daylight saving time, and two hours ahead the rest of the year.
On the East Coast, our working day and yours are almost the same. Further west, the overlap is your morning, and that's where the weekly call goes.
Contracts
You sign with a registered Brazilian company, not with an individual. Contracts are in English, and a non-disclosure agreement comes before the diagnostic.
The contract states that the code, the cloud accounts and the domain belong to your company from day one. If the project uses a reusable DM Studio core, the contract also states what is licensed to you.
Invoices and payments
Invoices go out from Brazil in US dollars, so you pay in your own currency.
Each stage has a fixed price agreed before it starts. A small first payment opens the work, and each next payment comes after you accept the stage. There's no open-ended hourly billing.
Who you talk to
You always know who to talk to, and you'll hear back within one business day. There's a weekly call on the calendar and a written log of every decision. All of it in English.
Bug fixes are free for 60 days after launch. After that, monthly support is optional, at a fixed price with a written response time.
