RPPS portal
To keep its regularity certificate (CRP) and its Pró-Gestão certification, a Brazilian municipal pension fund (RPPS) has to publish documents on time, carry out the Pró-Gestão actions and keep an eye on its standing in CADPREV. The RPPS portal brings all of that into a public website and a workspace for the fund's team.

What is built
- A public website with news, legislation, a service charter, search, an ombudsman channel and access-to-information requests (e-SIC).
- Transparency for the 18 items in Pró-Gestão action 3.2.8: when each one is due at each level, what's on time, what's late, and a record of every publication.
- Tracking for all 24 Pró-Gestão actions, with the target level, the evidence for each action and period, a deadline calendar and the certification's expiry date.
- The fund's boards and committees, who sits on each, and a room for the certification auditor.
- A dashboard with CRP validity and the CADPREV filings (DAIR, DIPR, DRAA and MSC).
- Import from the old website: the team reviews documents in batches, and they come in with their original publication date and the old addresses redirected.
- An admin area for the fund's team, with access levels by person and department and a record of who did what.
- An automated accessibility test on every screen.
What's left
- The first fund using it day to day.
- Reading the public CADPREV API automatically. Today the dashboard runs on sample data.
