- An education platform was receiving payment disputes (chargebacks). For each one, someone had to gather the evidence by hand before the deadline.
- A system that builds the evidence packet for each dispute and shows where every item came from. It stops before sending and waits for someone on the team to approve. The same idea drives contesta, the product we're building for online stores.
- The team no longer builds the evidence from scratch. They review a finished packet, check where each item came from, and decide whether to send it. Nothing goes out without approval.
